Section 1- Approval of minutes of May 3, 2012 Executive Committee meeting minutes

 

Section 2 -Individual application of Dr. Dauhoo Aadil, Mauritius

 

Section 3 - Individual application of Dr. Kui Lay Chua, Brunei, orthodontic degree, dental degree

 

Section 4 - Discussion of changes on the new WFO website, regarding membership applications and renewals. Report attached

                  Motion to approve expense up to $25,000 (US) for changes.

 

Section 5 - Report of the Graber Memorial Fund Committee

 

Section 6 - Appointment of a 3 person Investment Committee. Latest financial statement included.

 

Section 7 - Discussion of a venue and time for and Executive Committee Face to Face meeting, between

                  September and December, 2013. The following venues are possibilities for the face-to-face

                   meeting:

(1) British Orthodontic Society (BOS) in Manchester, UK, September 19-22, 2013

(2) Canadian Association in Banff, Canadian Rockies, September 19-21, 2013

(3) Brazilian Association, Natal, a resort area on Brazil's northeast beaches, October 9-12,2013

(4) SIDO, Italy in Rome, November 7-9, 2013

(5) Indonesian Association of Orthodontists, Bali. Date can be picked between September 1 and

      December 31, 2013
